P. Andrew Limes
Principal
Andy Limes has over 25 years of experience in strategic and transactional analysis and advisory services. As a Principal at SDR Ventures, Andy works closely with clients executing mergers and acquisitions, securing equity and debt financing, implementing strategic initiatives aimed at maximizing shareholder value and generational transfers of family held businesses.
Prior to forming SDR, Andy was the President and a partner in a transport refrigeration company. Andy and his partners grew this company from $9 million to $30 million in sales. Prior to this company, Andy was the CFO and shareholder of an engine, generator and transport refrigeration company with $60 million in annual sales.
Andy is a member of WPO and sits on the nonprofit boards of Horn Creek Ranch and Mission Hills Church. He is also a member of Entrepreneurs Organization and Vistage International. He is a board member of several portfolio companies financed by SDR.
Andy is a CPA (inactive) and started his career in the tax practice of Deloitte & Touche. He is a graduate of Colorado University.
Andy is from Oklahoma but has made his home in Denver since 1981. He spends much of his time with his wife and three daughters. He is an avid golfer and actively involved at Mission Hills Church where he is an Elder.
