SDR Ventures Provides $2,500,000 in Subordinated Debt Financing to High Prairie International Polo Club
Denver, CO – SDR Ventures, Inc. announced a $2,500,000 subordinated debt investment to support the growing working capital needs of High Prairie International Polo Club (“High Prairie”).
Located just outside Denver, Colorado, High Prairie International Polo Club is a real estate development for horse and riding enthusiasts. The community is complete with 60 luxury, custom-designed homes ranging from 2.5 to 10 acres, and neighbors Colorado Horse Park, a park with many amenities for residents interested in equestrian sports.
SDR Ventures served as exclusive advisor to High Prairie and principal investor of subordinated debt.
