SDR Ventures Combines Equity Financing and Performance Exchange for Digital Printers Alliance

Denver, CO – March 30, 2010 – SDR Ventures, Inc. is pleased to announce an equity financing of Digital Printers Alliance, LLC. SDR Ventures served as the exclusive financial advisor to Digital Printers Alliance in arranging the financing.

In addition to arranging the growth capital, SDR formed a performance exchange group to facilitate the benchmarking of results and sharing of best practices among the members of the alliance.

The members of DPA operate their own store front software and DPA ties them together with the “DPALink” alliance internet engine. End users can order pre-set variable or pre-printed static print collateral approved and managed by their company’s marketing department.
