The Alta Vera Condominiums are a residential housing project that broke ground in January of 2009 on 12,440 square feet of land owned by MoonStar at the southeast corner of 13th Avenue and Downing Street in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. SDR Ventures served as the exclusive advisor to MoonStar and assisted in several aspects of the transaction, including assisting in development of a capital solution, business plan development, financial modeling, shareholder strategy, sourcing of equity investors, and assisting in closing of funds.
