Strategic Advisory

Q: How do I best position my company for success?

SDR’s tagline “Investment Banking…Reinvented”SM is more than just a service mark; it’s a way of doing business. Unlike traditional investment banks, SDR views each client as a relationship rather than a transaction. Our passion is helping business owners maximize value in their business. While this often takes the form of advising on acquisitions, sales, and recapitalizations we realize that not every business is ready for such a transaction.

" We’ve Been There,
Done That, &
Want To Do It Again! "

......................................................

Condit Corporation (d/b/a Condit Exhibits) has been providing unique client solutions since its beginnings in 1945. These creative solutions include trade show exhibits, museum exhibits, television studio, corporate environment, kiosks and other custom projects.

SDR Ventures performed an enterprise valuation to assist the shareholders in understanding the market value of the Company in an effort to assess strategic options. Within months of completing the valuation, Condit received an unsolicited offer. SDR’s valuation helped the shareholders assess and react to the offer. Ultimately, the sale was consummated on terms that exceeded shareholder expectations.
